Delivery Information

We offer complimentary delivery to selected areas on orders over $75 during our standard delivery times.

Orders under $75 are available for delivery for a surcharge of $25 plus applicable delivery fees or may be collected from our base in Hendra for no additional charge.

If multiple delivery times are required, each order for each delivery time must reach $75.

Our standard delivery times are Monday-Friday 6:30am – 3:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-10:30am.

Our additional delivery times are Monday-Friday 5:00am-6:30am & 3:30pm-6:30pm which are available for a surcharge of $25.00 plus applicable delivery fees.

Sunday delivery is available upon request only. Minimum order amounts and surcharges may apply, please call us for details.

Delivery charges are determined by postcode.

All cold items will be delivered up to 1 hour prior to the requested delivery time.

All hot items will be delivered up to 15 minutes prior to the requested delivery time.

Orders may be collected from our base in Hendra Monday-Friday 9am-1pm. Please ensure orders are collected promptly at the specified time.

Orders under $75 may be collected from our base in Hendra for no additional charge.

Please note we do not offer a pick up option on weekend orders.
