At Tassels Catering we recently had a customer request ideas for her daughters 21st birthday party where 40 guests were expected to be in attendance. After some discussion about her favourite meals and “mass pleasers” we soon arrived at the solution of our mouthwatering pulled pork with a side of fresh, crunchy coleslaw and seasonal green salad to be served on fresh, crusty bread rolls.
The pulled pork was supplied in reheatable silver trays to be warmed prior to serving. The host was then left to heat the pulled pork, we supply the rolls already cut and buttered ready to serve with the salad later that evening.
Feedback was overwhelmingly positive as guests commented on how tasty the pulled pork rolls were and with less than 15 minutes held hostage in her kitchen, it left the entire family more time to enjoy the festivities.
